How to Shop at Ellenoire.com

Shopping at Ellenoire is quick, easy, and best of all, can be done at your own convenience. We give you a virtual shopping cart for the duration of your visit to our site.

Just like a real shopping cart, you can add items to it and remove items from it. When you see an item you want in the Products area, just navigate to the product detail page and click the 'Add' button to take you to your own personal shopping cart. On this initial page, you will notice that on the box to the top-right of the page the price for the item, any volume discounts and if the item is in stock is displayed.

Adding Items To Your Cart

Once you are ready to purchase, simply indicate the quantity you would like and click the “Add” button. Congratulations! You have now virtually added an item to your cart. From there you can decide to increase or decrease the quantity you are purchasing by simply typing in the new quantity desired and clicking the “Update” button, or even delete an item if you change your mind by clicking on the “Delete” button to the right of the product line. The shopping cart will tally up your purchase for you (see box on the top-left of your screen), and will even give you an estimated cost for shipment when you click on the shipping “Estimate” link. Follow the next screen to get your estimate. Note that in many cases there are more than one shipping option which you can choose from based on your shipping requirements and budget.



You can check your shopping cart, as many times as you like, and add or remove as much or as little as you like. You can even save your shopping cart and come back to it later once you click the “Save” button. Clicking “Save” will take you to our client sign-up screen where you are asked to enter your email and password in order to save your shopping cart (if you are a returning client) or to simply click on the “New Customer” button and follow the easy steps to get set up if you are a first time client. This information is only required once and will save you time the next time you visit and order from us.

When you have finished shopping, just click on “>> Proceed To Checkout” button and follow the instructions given. You will be asked for your billing, shipping and payment information. Fill out the appropriate steps, verify your information and click on the “Save >>” button, and you'll become an official Ellenoire on-line shopper! All you have to do next is make note of the order number you were given.

How to Pay

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express and PayPal as methods of on-line payment. Once you place an order with us, it is no longer necessary to re-submit your shipping and billing address information. We keep track of all our customers, enabling us to offer you exceptional service and convenience. We do ask, however to re-enter your credit card information on future purchases to ensure that we have the most up-to-date credit card information on file in order to expedite your order.

We utilize a secure server to capture and process your transactions. This means that your personal information is encrypted while it is en-route to us, and un-encrypted by us on the receiving end. Delivery Policies and Pricing

Ellenoire can usually get your product shipped within two days of your order to anywhere in the World (some exceptions may apply). Ellenoire is subject to shipping conditions and standards of our courier companies, and is unable to guarantee overnight delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to accommodate your last minute requests however.

Confirmation of Shipment
You will be sent a confirmation notice to the email address indicated in your account when your order has been processed and shipped. Order tracking statuses customers with real-time-status information on orders they have placed with Ellenoire.

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise indicated, deliveries will arrive before 5:00 pm, and shipping speed will be based on your distance from our location. Generally, the Greater Toronto area receives shipments within a few business days after an order is placed and payment has been processed. Ellenoire is not responsible for incorrect addresses and insufficient delivery information placed on the initial order. Packages missing any required delivery information will be returned to us and you will be charged for the delivery fees.
